The Mad Neighbor War

After being discharged from a psychiatric hospital, Song Qiao buys a house but is soon confronted with a troublesome neighbor who imposes bizarre rules, litters, and lets their child wreak havoc. When she tries to reason with them, she is humiliated, pushing her already fragile mental state to the edge. Her emotional support dog helps to ease her distress, but things take a darker turn when the neighbor steals her dog and humiliates her further, triggering a mental breakdown. In a fit of rage, she injures the neighbor. The neighbor retaliates by spreading rumors and killing the dog, which causes Song Qiao to experience another mental episode and fight back. The neighbor then attempts to extort her, but her mental health diagnosis works to her advantage, allowing her to turn the tables. Song Qiao begins to torment the neighbor, driving them to the brink of insanity, preventing them from moving, and ultimately leaving them completely broken and desperate.
